A 60-90 minute Consult (virtual visit) where we will explore your health story, review your labs**, educate on optimal lab ranges, and work together to establish personalized goals to help facilitate changes.

**While I prefer that you advocate for yourself and work with your Primary Care Provider to order labs for you, labs can be ordered through physician services at Rupa Health and are not included in the consult price listed. This service also allows for specialized lab tests (gut microbiome testing) to be ordered. Lab prices can vary considerably depending on what is ordered.

60 minute Follow-Up Visits are virtual visits where we review the changes you have made, establish new goals, or modify current goals. These visits are important for providing continued education, coaching, and support as you accomplish your goals. Additional follow-up sessions available if needed.
